Follow these simple steps to place an order with PersianPets.com. We’ve designed the process to be secure and straightforward for all customers.
Step-by-step Order Procedure
- Browse & Choose: Select the cat or product you wish to buy from our listings. Click the product to view details, photos, and health/vaccination information.
- Contact & Inquiry (Optional): If you have questions, use the inquiry form, chat, or call us at
+880 1983-728811before placing an order. - Place Order: Click Buy Now or use the Order Form. Provide your full name, delivery address, and phone number. Double-check details to avoid delivery delays.
- Payment: Complete payment via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Order Confirmation: We’ll send an order confirmation via email and SMS with the order ID, expected delivery date, and health record summary.
- Pre-Delivery Communication: Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details, timing, and any special handling requests.
- Delivery & Handover: Inspect the pet at delivery and record a short video (30–60 seconds) showing its condition. Send the video to our support within 2 hours to validate any health-related claims.
- Aftercare & Support: We provide initial care instructions and vaccination records. For any post-delivery issues, contact our support within the guarantee period as specified in the Delivery Rules.
Important Notes
• Orders cannot be returned after delivery due to the nature of live animals. Refunds are issued only in cases where we cannot fulfill the order or verified payment errors occur.
• Make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct. PersianPets is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
