PersianPets.com, established in 2020, is a trusted eCommerce platform offering Persian, Bengal, and Exotic cats. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use our services.

2. Products & Availability

All cats and products listed on our website are subject to availability. We ensure that all pets are healthy and well-bred. In rare cases where a listed pet is no longer available, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
Payments can be made securely through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
We do not store payment details. All transactions are processed via the respective payment service providers.

4. Order & Delivery

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Delivery timelines depend on location and availability. We aim to deliver pets safely and as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Health & Responsibility

All cats are vaccinated and health-checked before delivery.
After delivery, care and health of the pet become the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for health issues arising due to improper care or negligence after sale.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns once a pet has been delivered.
Refunds are only issued if the order cannot be fulfilled or in cases of verified payment errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Persian Pets and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Persian Pets will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or services beyond the value of the product purchased.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
